We live in the age of information society and the focus on much of its activities is to harmonize national policy and bridge the digital divide. To get access in the information, website is a very useful tool for any citizen any where in the world.

I am pleased to inform that the Posts and Telecommunications Division (PTD) has taken initiative to launch its website for the benefit of its attached departments as well as for its valued customers. I think this will create an opportunity for all to know more about the services of PTD and its attached departments. This website would act as -a bridge between our valued customers and our various organizations.

I do believe that the website would enhance transparency of works and efficiency at all levels of PTD. This may be a small step in the field of e-Governance, but I am sure that this introduction must have a positive impact in our management system.
